We are Infinilux. We are a solid state lighting company. We manufacture and design LED commercial lights. We needed a certification in my opinion for two reasons which was one–a customer had asked us, and two– more importantly, was actually for us to make sure that we started having correct processes. We basically did a bunch of quoting and found out different companies to see what the differences that they offered.

Compliancehelp was the one company that was a little bit more attentive and a lot more responsive about what they were going looking forward to do for us in helping us and not just giving us all these random items that I thought that some other quotes that I did get which were a little bit extreme. And also the pricing was definitely fair.

It was good. It was simple. It was good, it was a good experience. We were able to be able to finish the QMS report pretty easily. It took a few days–it took some time, but that’s exactly what it is when you come down to putting in the proper items in place to make sure that we are doing everything correctly. It was an enjoyable experience and definitely learned a lot. What would I say about hiring Compliancehelp is you should do it. It’s great. They did a great job. They helped us in our processes and they’re helping us improve how we run our business.
