I’m with a company called Encore Holdings and we run a reverse logistics consumer electronics liquidation company and we have a very large vendor which required us to have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications in order to become a partner.

We found Compliancehelp on Google of all places, I just did the typical search “ISO certification”, landed on 2 or 3 companies, contacted a few and then ultimately settled upon Compliancehelp based on the level of service and experience that I thought that they offered.

Working with Compliancehelp was great at every stage. The consultant worked with probably half of our executive team and each of them had nothing but good things to say. Basically the consultant held our hand and walked us down the path and made sure that we filled any gaps we had in our systems and ultimately produced a QSEMS (Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System) that the auditors said was above standard and unlike anything they had seen in years.

… We started the certification process in March and by mid-May we were certified officially in all three standards… A pretty quick timeline.

Would I recommend Compliancehelp to someone else? Absolutely. The process was seamless. Again for us, half the battle was… we don’t know ISO so having a consultant come in and help us figure it out was critical and a good use of our time and capital to make that work. Because having us try to figure it out on our own would have been a failure to be honest.
